DOCSCAN

This allows you to snap a photo with your phone and turn it into a PDF document that can be emailed wherever you need it to go. While almost everything is done digitally these days, there are still things that come up from time to time that might require this portable version of a scanner. Whether it’s a receipt you need to make a copy of or a document. you forgot to include for your lender, this app makes it easy!

PROJECT COLOR

This is an app from The Home Depot that makes it easy to browse paint, explore popular color palettes and match colors. You can upload a photo to find the color you want and order paint samples right there! Perfect for post closing but also fun if you’re trying to spot the hidden potential in a house that needs some TLC.

AROUND ME

This app will identify where you are and show you a complete list of nearby businesses and attractions. It will even include the exact distance from your current location. This is perfect for figuring out where a specific listing is in relation to different local attractions or other destinations that are important to your new home location.
